In most parts of the USA, at least the North and North East is very cold and Down South is more freezing on roads.
Personally, I like a cold in December and January as no one says they have 80F when our cold gets
extended to March and April.
Assuming you’re talking Fahrenheit, not Celsius? 2.5C would be about 37, not bad.
2.5F = -16C!!

Like the icicles hanging off the branches! Ice is pretty as long as we don’t have to drive in it.
