Today the temp was 27 degree Celsius as told my colleagues. On Tuesday it was 42 degrees Celsius. They complained about 15 degree drops 😁!

I am so tired of the Forest Service failing to do their job- keeping the under brush cleared from under the precious trees and also along the roads as humans toss cigarette butts etc out the window without thinking.

California has been burning for years. The reason ours burn is no more forest management. They just blame it on climate change now. Us old folks know the truth.

It may be the same in Europe. And I always wonder about how smokers toss their butts out without thinking, how many of these kinds of fires are not started or aggravated by them. So sad.

When you said butts I initially had a vision of another type of butt.
That would explain all the butt-ercups I see around. Smokers can be bums in character. This may explain matters.
